i have a crazy love of dark, dark chocolate. i'm not talking any of this wussy "60% cacao" stuff. i love chocolate so dark that it is bitter, strong: like a cup of black coffee. 85% cacao is just about perfect. i'm a little bit of a chocolate snob.
